and it turned out well, but I think I should have let it sit out longer before putting it in the frig.
Ingredients
- 1 head of Napa cabbage
- 5 peeled radishes
- 1/2 apple ( blended with a couple tbsp water )
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- small bunch chives
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic or garlic greens for low FODMAP
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 c sea salt to soften cabbage
